The Fourth Ministerial Conference on Environment and Health, with theme 'The future for our children', was held in Budapest, Hungary, in 2004. Ministers adopted the Conference Declaration and committed themselves to implementing the Children’s Environment and Health Action Plan for Europe (CEHAPE) in their countries.
