Data and statistics
What is not measured usually is not tackled. Yet in many countries, statistics and data on reproductive health are fragmentary and unreliable, even for priority issues such as maternal mortality. WHO/Europe therefore supports countries in reforming their information systems and surveillance, so that policies on sexual and reproductive health can be built on evidence.
