WHO European Regional Meeting of National Immunization Programme Managers

1–3 September 2015, Antwerp, Belgium

WHO/Europe is organizing this meeting for national immunization programme managers from all 53 Member States and partners to: 

  • present, consider and discuss each of the five strategic objectives of the European Vaccine Action Plan 2015-2020 (EVAP);
  • give participants an opportunity to consider promising practices and country case studies and to discuss issues, opportunities and challenges in meeting each objective; and
  • brief participants on progress made in achieving each of EVAP's six core goals, including measles and rubella elimination, maintenance of polio-free status, introduction of a hepatitis control goal, evidence-based decision-making and sustainable immunization financing, and meeting regional coverage targets at all administrative levels.
