Registration and security

Participants nominated by their organizations can register on the WHO/Europe website providing their contact details no later than 15 November 2016.

Participants will also need to register at the venue (UNESCO, 125 Avenue de Suffren, 75007 Paris) and collect their conference badges.  The Registration Desk will be open as follows:

  • on 6 December 2016 from 17:00-19:00 (followed by a welcome reception hosted by the Regional Director, WHO Regional Office for Europe;  and
  • on 7 and 8 December 2016 from 08:00 (the conference will start at 09:00 on 7 December).

Please bring valid picture ID in order to gain access to UNESCO.  On registration, participants will receive badges which should be worn visibly at all times during the conference, including during the social events.

The working hours of the conference will be from 09:00 to 17:30 on Wednesday, 7 December, and 09:00 to 16:30 on Thursday, 8 December, with breaks for refreshments in the mornings and afternoons in addition t o a lunch break.
