Training course for consultants in antimicrobial resistance

28–30 March 2017, Copenhagen, Denmark

WHO/Europe and the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM), the Netherlands, are jointly hosting a training-of-trainers workshop for consultants and antimicrobial resistance (AMR) experts on 28–30 March 2017 in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The workshop will focus on how to work in cross-cultural settings and to provide support in alignment with the WHO code of conduct and standards. Training will be provided on conflict management; planning and virtual follow-up/communication; efficient/streamlined communication; and commitment between consultants and WHO/Europe.

In addition to selected experts on AMR, WHO/Europe is pleased to welcome colleagues from  WHO Headquarters, WHO Regional Office for the Eastern Mediterranean, South-East Asia Regional Office and the Pan American Health Organization.

This is the second time a training workshop has been hosted for consultants in AMR. The training is facilitated by denkmodell.
