Reaching out: To find, treat and cure more TB patients and address their co-morbidities
Since the 1990s, tuberculosis (TB) programme managers and experts from the WHO European Region have been meeting to discuss TB control efforts. The first meeting was organized at Wolfheze village, in the Netherlands. Since then, WHO/Europe, the KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation and the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) have organized Wolfheze workshops every other year.
The 15th WHO European Region National TB Programme Managers’ Meeting and the 18th Wolfheze Workshop will be held in The Hague, the Netherlands, on 31 May–2 June 2017. The workshops aim to provide a platform to brief participants on the latest developments and facilitate exchange of good practices on TB and TB/HIV prevention, control and care.
