WHO/Europe supports individual countries in evaluating and reforming all aspects of their public health services. This includes paying particular attention to the adequacy of public health laws and bringing together a wide range of experts and stakeholders to identify opportunities to promote health both within and beyond the health sector. On a subregional basis, WHO/Europe works with the South-eastern Europe Health Network on various projects, including mental health, blood safety and public health services.
