Health systems performance assessment. A tool for health governance in the 21st century

Health System performance Assessment (HSPA) is a country-specific process of evaluating and communicating the achievement of high-level health system goals based on health system strategies. There are some approaches to HSPA; suggesting ample opportunity to benefit from the lessons learned in those countries implementing HSPA.
