Disaster Preparedness and Response

In addition to activities across the European Region and responding to crises in any country, WHO/Europe makes biennial collaborative agreements (BCA) with some Member States that allow the planning of activities based on each country’s needs. Not every Member State has a BCA with WHO, and not every BCA contains activities in disaster preparedness and response.
