 It can just take one raised eyebrow or unfriendly comment to put young people off seeking help with sexual and reproductive health worries. The new issue of Entre Nous explores using new ways of reaching and engaging young people, through drop-in centres, networking sites and special events, and features youth-friendly initiatives in Tajikistan, Estonia, Croatia and Scotland. This issue is co-published with NHS Scotland and IPPF European Network. 
   
 

Entre Nous, the European Magazine for Sexual and Reproductive Health, is published three times a year and sets out to:

  • increase the knowledge on sexual and reproductive health and rights, family planning, making pregnancy safer and gender mainstreaming issues;
  • promote the health of vulnerable groups such as adolescents, migrants and women;
  • prevent unwanted pregnancies and reduce abortion in the European Region;
  • facilitate the move from abortion to contraception; and
  • prevent HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted infections.

Entre Nous is funded by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), New York, with the assistance of the World Health Organization Regional Office for Europe, Copenhagen, Denmark.
